I ordered some seeds , when they arrived I saw they were out of date . I contacted customer service, and they said I could keep the seeds and have a 10% refund . After several emails backwards and forwards they finally agreed a 40% refund . More chase up emails later they finaly refunded the 40% . Not great service as I would have expected an instant no quibble full refund. I won't be using them again.

There's no screen to show how much of a charge the battery has and the battery charger is noisy . Overall I am disappointed with the item. I chose your company because I expected a premium product

Electrical World had the cat food which not many people stock which we feed our cat ! Great, I thought! I signed up as a new customer to get a £10 off code. The code did not work which was disappointing as the food cost over the limit to activate the code. As we needed the food, i placed the order though I did feel it was misleading. I received an email to say that the food had been dispatched. However, the link did not work and then I received another email to apologise for the delay and that they would be sorting out the order as soon as possible. As I needed the food, I placed an emergency order elsewhere and drove 20 miles to collect (we are picky what we feed our pets) only to then receive the food the next day! To summarise, poor communication, no phone number to contact anyone and only a robot to speak to online. Tracking links don’t work and misleading promotions and details of the arrival of packages. The good news is that I keep receiving texts telling me I haven’t used my code…! Would I order again? No, thank you.

The ordér I placed was not the order I received, they sent an alternative which was no good to me. I asked about sending item back and they obviously thought it was easier to offer a 10% refund and I keep the unwanted goods. I replied saying the goods were ni good to me and could I send item back please. Got a further email offering me 20% refund and I keep the goods. In the end I just accepted and gave the goods to charity. I think I got less than £2 refund not even covering the postage I had paid. I think as a goodwill gesture and the fact that they sent the wrong item they could have given me a full refund with an apology. At least that way as a customer it would be appreciated and would encourage someone to buy again from them. Instead I was very unhappy and would not buy again or recommend to anyone. I paid more for the items anyway than in the shops and the item they sent I could easily buy cheaper in the local supermarket if id wanted it instead I was very much out of pocket and had to then go online and buy from another company again at a higher cost but at least I received the correct goods this time.

The item was beautiful, but the specifications could have been more clear. It should state if ordered outside of UK it requires different voltage. Very dissatisfied with the return costing me money.

My item was despatched really promptly and was well packaged. Sadly the delivery company, Hermes, took 9 days to deliver - they did not contact me once in the whole process and their tracking system was ineffective.

Only one of five boxes of dog food arrived and that was outside the time frame suggested and not the type ordered. Had to chase up the remaining four which have finally been delivered and thankfully they are the correct food. Unlikely to use this company in future.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. the only positive is there prices but so many issues. Nobody is ever there to converse with you via chat. their customer "service" is only open for 3 working hours per day. There is no customer service number to call. There automated system did not recognise my email address or order. I was promised the order within 3-5 working days. It's now nearly 4 weeks and still have not received the last part of my order. I have contacted them 3 times, each person telling me that it would be the following week. I bought seeds that needed to be planted pronto - now too late to plant for this year. Also, my antivirus flags up their website as suspect which is worrying. they claim "rated excellent in 17,000 reviews"?! where? certainly not on Trustpilot where their score is 2.8

I ordered large breeds James Wellbeloved dog biscuit (which I was not expecting to see from you!) but price was right. It took nearly a week to arrive and then when it arrived was not the large breeds type, but the normal size. Will pass them onto my daughter with her smaller dogs.

Ordered 2x13amp adapters. Quick delivery but one had a US C outlet. Called and replacement sent -same problem. Called and was asked to send photos PROVING it was faulty ie.plugged in and No Carge indicated on phone! I suggested that it appeared this was a possible batch problem and suggested they open and test another off their shelf. If it worked I would be happy to have that one - if it didn't they need to investigate further. NO this couldn't be done (even though girl admitted they have a QC dept for returned goods !)and they want me to accept a refund rather than sort it out. Doesn't smack of a customer focussed company - suits them rather than a cstomer.

Products and price are good but delivery and trying to get in touch with anyone is awful, if you need products that say they are in stock allow plenty of time for delivery, getting through on phone is almost impossible and replies are sent at crazy times of the night and the morning which delays responses
