Ordered 2x13amp adapters. Quick delivery but one had a US C outlet. Called and replacement sent -same problem. Called and was asked to send photos PROVING it was faulty ie.plugged in and No Carge indicated on phone! I suggested that it appeared this was a possible batch problem and suggested they open and test another off their shelf. If it worked I would be happy to have that one - if it didn't they need to investigate further. NO this couldn't be done (even though girl admitted they have a QC dept for returned goods !)and they want me to accept a refund rather than sort it out. Doesn't smack of a customer focussed company - suits them rather than a cstomer.

Products and price are good but delivery and trying to get in touch with anyone is awful, if you need products that say they are in stock allow plenty of time for delivery, getting through on phone is almost impossible and replies are sent at crazy times of the night and the morning which delays responses

Ordered 2 tubes and due to sub standard packaging only 1 arrived ok, 1 arrived in 2 pieces so completely useless Unless they are willing to resend another I would never use this company again

I ordered a telescopic pole with an anvil tree lopper attachment. The pole arrived after 5 days but still waiting on the attachment. It's now been 2 weeks. What good is a pole to me without an attachment!

I ordered 8 plant containers and have so far only 3 containers have been delivered! I have contacted your company on more than 2 occasions and have still not received an accurate delivery date for the remainder. Not a good first impression of your company.

I paid extra for 1-2 day delivery and told 99% chance I would have it next day (when I needed it) and it didn’t arrive until three days later -Buyer Beware!

Have received only one part of order, and had to chase to see about the second part, reply was waiting for stock, but on line you had 10 in stock, haven't a clue what is happening. I now wish I had bought from the local supplier and paid extra, and then I could use the item. Not bothering to fill in rest of form as doesn't really apply.

Paid for expedited shipping - half of the order took a week to arrive. Advised customer services told they had used a different courier and sent a tracking link. No apology and no refund for the extra shipping charges paid. Sent a link to leave a review and advised to contact them if less than happy before leaving a review. So I did. Advised to have a good week - no apology, no refund of extra shipping charges. Useless - unless you are happy to wait for your goods & deal with impotent customer services in case of a problem then I would avoid. They were cheaper than I could have sourced locally. I guess they used the discount to cut their customer services budget.
