“Poor customer service. Avoid. Ordered 4 items all matching in colour and style in stock. After a month of waiting I had to email and I'm finally told the item I ordered is unavailable. What's more they expect me to pay to return the items that did arrive which are useless with the undelivered item. I would advise to use a different supplier.”

“While the Electric World had the cheapest price on the item that I was after (ladder tie downs), I found that the quality was below standard. Although they did replace the damaged piece, it took almost four weeks to finish the transaction and get the correct undamaged item. I had to send it back and wait for a replacement.”

“The light bulb was fine, no issues My $5 cost turned into $25 Ok understandable But when I received an additional $25.13 tariff bill That I never agreed too! I’m having a real problem with that! I’m going to be requesting a rebill to the shipper! Not a happy customer”

“I purchased the product and paid for premium delivery which is advertised at 2-3 days. Unfortunately the products took well over a week to arrive and I was forced to purchase an alternative and send back my original purchase for refund.”

“Good service, ok price. I wish they did free shipping on orders over certain amount, like others do. Thats the only downside hence sometimes is cheaper to buy elsewhere”
