Payed for 1_2 day delivery and took more than a week to arrive which was more linger than there standard delivery, when messaging them there reply was very poor with no further follow uk.

Gave a 5a fuse in a 'rated for 13a' plug. Cable looks shorter than 5m. Quick delivery. Appreciate the thicker gauge cable.

Order was slow to arrive. That seems to have been down to Evri rather than Electrical World but they confused the situation by sending me two emails saying my order was still being processed when it had already been dispatched. The second was even sent after they had apologised for the first.

My product eventually arrived, but I had to contact them as it didn't arrive when it was expected. Plus I don't think it will hold 30m hose

Ordered some electrical cable as my local supplier was out of stock. Was given the impression on Electrical World's website it was in stock for 'fast despatch'. Sadly it took eight days to arrive and two contacts with customer service (both of which took 48hrs to respond). I had to buy elsewhere (as my house was without power) and when enquiring about sending it back I was told it would be at my expense (it's very heavy ). < I'm not sure this is legit but I don't have the inclination to battle for a refund. So the cable (which is probably fine) is now just sitting in my shed.

The items ordered were delivered and seem to be ok. There was some delay before delivery during which I was worried that something was wrong. Communication by on line chat did not work but eventually I got an email followed by delivery through Royal Mail.

The planters I bought are beautiful, how they made it unscathed I don't know as there was no packing material and the boxes barely made it they where crushed.

Happy wih my products - but Electrical World should use Royal Mail postal service; not couriers due to scams regarding some couriers.

I was dubious and had my reservations reading reviews. However, I chanced it and bought 4 Elho drainpipe flowerpots they didn't arrive by expected delivery. I did pay for express not sure if I should have bothered. It got here in same timeframe as standard delivery. I did email to try to cancel and the items all of a sudden were dispatched. Personally, I'd still be nervous to buy from this company again based on reviews of customer service and stock issues. So no, I can't recommend them based on their reviews and my gut feeling.
