Not recommended at all, what i ordered and received completely different item. Case already escalated to manufacturer and will take legal assistance. They must refund our money.

Poor customer service. Avoid. Ordered 4 items all matching in colour and style in stock. After a month of waiting I had to email and I'm finally told the item I ordered is unavailable. What's more they expect me to pay to return the items that did arrive which are useless with the undelivered item. I would advise to use a different supplier.

After 30 days I have given up any hope of seeing my order after contacting electric world and been told they have been let down by the courier so I now await a refund

Order not arrived after 2 weeks of tracking still not received, contacted customer service and keep getting the same response saying I need to wait... Not sure I will ever recieve this order, such a shame now in the banks hand to get my money back.

Received email stating order dispatched, followed by an email stating order still being processed. Invalid tracking, and poor customer service. Raised a dispute with my bank, they make false accusations to try to cover themselves. Much of the same when they respond to your review. Would never recommend.

You received an automated dispatch email when your order was passed to our warehouse team, followed shortly by a processing update while the courier completed collection. The tracking number provided was the same one later used to confirm successful delivery. A dispute with your bank was raised the day after delivery was confirmed. In accordance with standard procedure, we contacted you to arrange collection of the item so the claim could proceed. All information submitted to your bank was factual and fully supported by the order timeline. Regarding the subscription, you opted into it at checkout to receive a 5% discount on your order, and then requested cancellation immediately after your first delivery. As you experienced difficulty cancelling it yourself, our team manually processed this for you as soon as you contacted us. Wouldn't buy anything from electrical world again. Waiting 4 weeks on a 3day delivery. Customer care wasn't any help. Save yourself the hassle and order from another company.

When i went online I was looking for a 40 amp Rcbo And as far as i was concerned Thats what i bought !!! But what came to me Wad a 10 amp Rcbo I sent you an email but with no reply from you i had to buy in Eurosales in sandyford in Dublin As a Registered Electrical Contractor i would not recommend

Received a damaged product. Unfortunately it was not sufficiently well wrapped for delivery. Offered 10% discount to keep product which is ridiculous if the product is is unusable afterwards. In addition, despite receiving a damaged product, the customer has to bear the burden of organising the return with an post and potentially waiting up to 14 days for a replacement/refund. For damaged items this process should be organised by the company, as customers have already been inconvenienced enough. A replacement should also be sent immediately if this is preferred, as the customer is being inconvenienced once again through no fault of their own. In hindsight I would’ve been better off to request a refund and order again as I would get it quicker! Not good customer service.

Absolutely appalling service. Part of my order was dispatched and a month later I’m still waiting on the other half to be dispatched. Website advertised a 3-5 day wait on the items. Total lies to get you to spend money on something you’ll probably never get. Customer service agents just lie about it coming into the warehouse and being dispatched soon.

I have found Electrical World totally unsatisfactory. They failed to deliver goods as promised on their website, told me to reorder the wrong item and then refused refunds. Customer Service appalling and even an appeal to their Director went unheeded. I would give them Zero Stars if possible and would never recommend them.
