I placed an order with them when I received it wasn't working I contact the customer service and they weren't very helpful they told me to go and buy one somewhere else

I have ordered two, very expensive, bags of sand on 24/2/2024. I did not not received it to date (11/03/2024). I will never expect that big issue with the delivery of two bags of sand.

Falls advertised tells you the bulbs are 5for4 but wen you buy them you don’t get the 5th one and I did get in touch but they just fobbed me off and I’m still one bulb short wear I will have to buy a bulb some wear else not good don’t fall for it 😒

Quite honestly I had the most horrific experience shopping on your website. Started off good. You're website is good. Plenty advertised at keen prices. I ordered 5 for 4 GU10 led bulbs energy rated A+. I received 5 GU10 bulbs F rated energy. After a chain of emails back and forward, I'm invited to keep the wrong order I received for a partial refund. After I asked for a full refund, im told so send the product back and pay for the postage. The bulbs i ordered are still advertised on You're website and at no point has anyone offered to exchange them. if it was my fault and ordered the wrong product I would hold my hands up. But this was not the case. There's not even that much money involved. But it's the principle. Very disappointed

I'm not going to use the stars at the moment as I have still not received parcel #379945, which I ordered In good faith on 29th December 2023. The fault is not with you but the carriers FedEx that you use. I have had many messages from Aylesford Kent depot about delivery, but nothing materialises You are investigating for me so I live in hope.

I didnt get half of my order as one storage box for babbles is missing and snow flake led projector is also missing so i am not realy happy about this at all. So i would like to either recive those items or ide like my money refunded. Sincerely, Jadwiga

I will never purchase from this company again, I received the goods damaged and have 3 different people not looking after my complaint. Overall poor shopping experience.

Ordered on 13th Oct goods are out of stock after a long wait goods arrived damaged sent item back waiting for a replacement which never came after so many emails was sent a refund which I didn't want so lost out on my goods and postage. Took from 13th Oct Until 9th Dec to sort out not good. Also customer service also not good. Will never buy from this company again

Awful. Rubbish customer service: unclear, sporadic emails and a telephone line that is never answered. 27 days waiting for my delivery. I don't know how else to get in touch other than spamming the reviews.

My order took a week to arrive and 1 of the 2 items was incorrect, mistakes happen, but I’ve emailed, live chat, phoned with no luck on a resolution it’s been 4 days, just generic email responses despite the urgency as mentioned several times, no call back as requested, left my number several times. Awful service I will never use this company again.

The electric fire suite I ordered came without the fire, I didn't like colour of surround so decided to return, arranged for a scheduled collection, took a day off work as they can't give exact time and courier didn't arrive, now have to arrange again, absolutely appalling service
