“This is my first time using Electrical World and I cannot complain about their service. I received my orders within a specific time and was greatful to have them for the Christmas Festive season. “The electric fire I bought was making a lot of noise.i had to open the door at the back I found the bar that creates the flame 🔥 was rubbing off the back door of the fire.i got it straightened and now it's working fine. Brendan Murray”

“Ordered some electrical cable as my local supplier was out of stock. Was given the impression on Electrical World's website it was in stock for 'fast despatch'. Sadly it took eight days to arrive and two contacts with customer service (both of which took 48hrs to respond). I had to buy elsewhere (as my house was without power) and when enquiring about sending it back I was told it would be at my expense (it's very heavy ). < I'm not sure this is legit but I don't have the inclination to battle for a refund. So the cable (which is probably fine) is now just sitting in my shed.”

“Good value, received a little later than expected but appreciate the time of year would possibly delay things. However the emails were confusing as even after received parcel had emails saying delay in dispatching order 🤷🏻‍♀️”
