“I always get good service from Electrical World and their products are very competatively priced. I requested an invoice via their website 'Contact Us' page and they responded immediately. I have also requested the ability to download invoices from their website which they are looking into. Great service, great prices and prompt delivery - what more can you ask for!”

“The items ordered were delivered and seem to be ok. There was some delay before delivery during which I was worried that something was wrong. Communication by on line chat did not work but eventually I got an email followed by delivery through Royal Mail.”
