“Ordering, etc was a doddle, delivery time was as expected. Four stars because the box the item came in was trashed. From how it was packaged that is down to Electrical world. The box was open, had there been any small items they would have walked. There was air pocked padding inside, but totally deflated and insufficent tape to hold it all in. My item was a reel of cable, so no real harm was done, although the side of the reel was damaged. The cable was undamaged.”
