“I was rather disappointed when my order for dog food didn’t arrive after 5 days, after checking the order it said “complete”. So I rang electrical world & the customer care team were very prompt in investigating the problem which was with the delivery company, the goods were damaged & needed to be reordered. They offered the option of cancelling or reordering, so I reordered & the new batch arrived within in a couple of days, very pleased with the service & resolution of the problem after the initial difficulties. Thank you.”
