“Purchased a dimplex stove for a bargain price , very quick delivery. Sadly the stove was damaged in the one corner which I didn’t notice initially on inspection of the box it was evident this must have been packed by dimplex like that . Then later that day I decided to try the stove out it was making a very loud noise at that point I thought my purchase was not the bargain I’d anticipated. The stove I’d purchased was the last one in stock . My husband quickly was able to dismantle the front of the stove to find a part had slipped and was catching on the fan. Once reassembled it was working fine. The damage in the rear corner wasn’t that noticeable after using a black permanent marker to disguise. All in all I’m relatively happy and maybe this is a one off but it has affected my judgement in purchasing again.”
