“I was notified via email when the item I wanted (Dimplex Flame Effect Fire) came back into stock. I placed an order online as soon as I read the email, and it arrived just a couple of days later. The service was excellent and the price was really competitive. Very happy!”

“Unfortunately my item was shipped but never arrived (Hermes). I got in touch with customer services who persued it with carrier, which took 4/5 working days. Still no 'joy' so Electrical world replaced my item and sent securely via Royal Mail which arrived the next day. So problem solved for me although it took a while but fee sorry for supplier.”

“first time I have used this company and have to say that they were excellent from start to finish. The electrical cable I required was available in the shorter lengths for my summerhouse wiring and at a price I could not find anywhere else cheaper. I would recommend you try Electrical World and I’m sure you will not be disappointed.”

“I am happy with my order, and the delivery was extremely fast, it was disappointing that the dpd delivery driver ripped through one of my packages allowing the soil to leak out, which he hid behind the wall and gave me after filling in his hand held equipment stating that the delivery has been recieved. This is not the fault of the company hence the rating.”

“I bought this smoke detector because it listed as taking AA batteries (which I re-charge). It arrived with a 9v battery (which I can't recharge). The packing it was in was enough to cover a minor county, most of which was not re-useable.”
