“Quickly delivered and superbly packed. Easily assembled with minimal tools in 90 minutes. We bought a Gertrude with wheels, just remember to fit the wheels before your start the main instructions!”

“High Quality product but at a budget price. Pets at Home can’t compete! We purchased the 4 ft ‘Rodger’ hutch and it’s excellent value. Metal floors means no rotting unlike other hutches on the market. Only issue we had was the wooden plinth used to slide the removable tray on was incorrectly placed on one side of the hutch. A quick unscrewing and replacing solved this, may have been a one off manufacturing error. Retiring customer and overall pleased with purchase”

“We got this chicken coop and run for 4 guinea pigs and are very happy with it. We have adapted it slightly by covering the ramp because we were concerned they are sufficiently daft to fall off. The item arrived on time, was put together easily. It is better than we expected. We are adding a few bigger bolts but that's probably a reflection of our fox paranoia rather than anything else. Happy customers happy Guinea pigs.”

“All good so far. Prompt delivery. Instructions straightforward. Easy to assemble. Only quibbles: 1. Screw sticking up in tray. Missed wood and jutting out. Rescrewed. 2. Screw ends in part 15 hinged roof sticking through wood. Filed down. Cheers”

“We are thrilled with the absolutely lovely rabbit hutch we purchased. Customer care at Eggshell is fabulous although, I would really advise that after the horrendous experience we had with the APC delivery driver that Eggshell no longer use this company as it may well put people off shopping with Eggshell in the future which would be a real shame.”

“Easy to use website and ordering process. My delivery email query was answered promptly too. This is our second purchase from Eggshell our first coop has lasted our chickens for 4 years so I think that makes it a pretty good economical purchase! Here's to another 4 year run with our new Betty coop. Thanks for providing a genuinely excellent affordable product.”

“Had previously purchase egg shell coups and the quality was really good, they have i believe changed the dimensions slightly and the thickness in the timber since my last purchases but the product is still good value. Now with opening roof which was a reason that i purchased from another company that had already made this addition, now egg shell provide the same i returned to a trusted supplier. As stated they seem to be a little less sturdy then there previous coups but i did purchase my last ones from them many many years ago. The cost is still excellent and if they last less time not going to loose any sleep over investing in new ones again. My last ones only needed changing due to the plywood flaking off the inside of the roof, not a big deal and could have been repaired but once again the price of repair or replace is minimal and the chickens do clearly enjoy a new house.”

“Chicken coop I ordered arrived before expected. For the money it's a nice bit of kit. A couple of hours to build and the chickens have a new home.”

“Easy to understand the website, quick and effective delivery and the instructions for construction were easy to follow. My only reservation was the thickness of the wood. Hoping it will last.”

“Really great quality product . I had spent a lot of time researching ,and thought the dimensions of others weren’t good enough and this one allowed more space for our 3 hens . Delivered on time , dead easy for 3 woman one screwdriver and a spanner to assemble .😁Good quality finish and fitings , and looks adorable . Our hens started laying immediately in it . “Brilliant UK company. Emailed them a couple of times regarding the delivery of the item and they went out of their way to help. Product arrived, was easy enough to assemble with 1 extra of each type of screw (very useful). Our chickens seem very happy! Would use this company again without hesitation”
