“The process fir ordering and being kept up to date by Edwardes Bros was very efficient, with a one hour time slot for delivery which was very helpful and was met. Their products are competitively priced. I had a problem with one item but the response and correction from their team was fantastic. I wii definitely use them again.”

“Only a lamp holder, but the man I spoke to,saying there was a bit missing, patiently explained it was for screw cap bulbs, not bayonet, and would probably still fit my ancient Anglepoise. He was right! Saved me an 80 quid factory return. Many thanks.”

“Unfortunately a while after completing on-line order and paying I was informed that lights were out of stock. Much hassle for us. It appears that Edwards don’t have real time stock control in place so order fulfilment cannot be trusted.”
