“Was renovating a metal chandelier and all the brass bulb fittings were totally shot. Found some exact replacements on Edwardes website and they got them to me in a couple of days. Brilliant service.”

“Products sent promptly as ordered. Unfortunately light fittings were wrong size and needed to be returned. Email request for return number ignored but very helpful sales dept provided same quickly by phone. Waiting for card credit. Would suggest returns label and competitive transport availability for retail customers”
