“I've ordered from Edwardes a number of times. Delivery was fast and I got what I ordered. In one case an item was missing and I noticed it a couple of weeks later. I spoke to the customer service on the phone and they took my word for it and sent me the missing item with my next order.”

“Good communications, however website gave impression everything was in stock,which wasn't the case, it was fortunate we didn't require the parts ungently. Having said that they did try and get parts as quick as possible and communications regarding outstanding issues was good”
