“Customer service is one for the books! I had an emergency order - I specified and paid for next-day delivery before noon. When the DPD driver arrived and 11 am, he couldn't locate the parcel in the van and left without any explanation. I called Edwardes and explained the situation and how urgent this item was. After a few conversations with DPD, it became apparent that they had no intention of hurrying up and finding my item, so it was pushed for delivery the following day. Edwardes organised a vehicle with a gentleman who I believe was the manager (or sales, not that important). They delivered the item in about an hour (luckily, we were all in London) and didn't charge a penny extra. Thank you, Edwardes, you saved the day.”

“Had quite a few of these from Edwardes - always the same. Brilliant service. They use DPD who give you a time slot also (makes it easy to make sure youre home for the collection) - just also to say their aftermarket service is also brilliant (ive had a couple of failures over the years) [Aurora Smart products] - but theyve always swapped them out without no issues. Great service. Many thanks.”
