“Products sent promptly as ordered. Unfortunately light fittings were wrong size and needed to be returned. Email request for return number ignored but very helpful sales dept provided same quickly by phone. Waiting for card credit. Would suggest returns label and competitive transport availability for retail customers”

“Really happy with product absolutely perfect for our needs but the delivery cost was unreasonable when the item could have been sent by post at a couple of ponds rather than courier where it was 3 times the cost of the item!”
