“I was after specific diameter light bulbs for Christmas lantern lights - I got standard replacements 28 mm which were too big for lanterns to fit over! So I scoured internet to find 26 mm or smaller/ these bulbs stated 26mm and wasn’t convinced correct size - took a gamble and they are 26 mm and perfect! Thank you”

“Hi Overall the website and following service was excellent, although product knowledge was a bit lacking. Only slight grumble. 1. Both of the Aurora Wireless Wall Remotes had been opened and the batteries taken out, along with one packet of screws that should come with it. Didn't need the screws but had to go out and buy 2 batteries. 2. Could have done with a reminder that i needed Bezels for down lighters. Back to product knowledge maybe.”
