“Discovered Edwardes online. Placed several orders, this being one, but my comments stand for every time I placed an order.. Great products and even better real, knowledgeable and helpful people at the end of the phone. Cannot recommend highly enough. Delivery fast. Even the returns process in an over order I made was slick and super helpful staff again. This is the standard of service all companies should aspire to.”

“Had a new extractor fan delivered when fitted I found that it was faulty,contacted Edwardes Bros to discuss but straight away a new one was organised and sent out next day delivery. Excellent service, I would highly recommend this company. Good Job”

“Still haven’t received my order. Was contacted by Email once telling me the books would take seven days to arrive. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Itold him I would like a refund but I’ve heard nothing since.”
