“Didn't deliver my order next day as paid extra for. Then had to chase order got materials 4 days later and they didnt send matching brand of trunking as ordered.”

“Why oh why do wylex units not have some kind of support for the lid when opened or perhaps have it hinged si it drops down, just a thought. The product otherwise was easy to instal and delivered in time for the installation, no issues with your company.”

“Always pleased to deal with Edwardes. The staff are always friendly and it's easy to order online. However, I do still wish they had a branch North of London, and that they could have a "share basket" feature on their website!”

“Aways good products from Edwardes, sorry to give 4 stars as a result of them using DHL, due to the weight the order was split between 3 parcels, all 3 of my parcels came on a different day, and one was even missing for awhile. Edwardes were brillant in chasing the deliveries, DHL's attiriude less so.”
