“Before purchasing I sent an email enquiry about the product as I was interested in buying several items, I never did receive a reply. Once the order was placed, my ordered came very quickly.”

“The cable I ordered did not come next day as the order stated. On phoning I was told the cable was not in stock but would be restocked the next day. As the cable was urgently needed it was delivered the next day. If an item is out of stock it should be shown on the website or an email sent explaining the delay.”

“What a great service and price. I had the pleasure of having my call answered very quickly by a gentleman who not only knew how many he had in stock to me being told I would get the fan the next day. He stayed on the phone until my online purchase went through on my request. I got the fan the next day. I told my sister and she wants one now but unfortunately you are out of stock. Absolutely brilliant service I will use you again thank you.”

“Easy to order in clear website. Quick delivery unfortunately incorrect items. Low cost plugs that are items that can be used but never received a reply to email stating incorrect goods delivered. Wil use again as competitive prices.”
