“goods ordered were received in good time but delivery was awful. The parcel was not delivered to me at no 2 nor my' if out' address - at no 3 but went instead to no 4. worst of all. the 'driver showed a picture of the parcel at a door - not mine nor my neighbour's at no 4 and a picture of presumably the recipient which was not me or any of my neighbours- totally dishonest!!g.”
