“I was after the Aurora E6 pro lights. Helpful & knowledgeable counter staff for my ‘research’ phone call of which lights should go where - cool or warm? Placed an online order as the lights were so well priced with next day delivery. Perfect!”

“It would help if you reminded me what I bought from you in the email or in this form. You’re prob a great firm but I regularly buy things, so not sure what this was. Actually just seen that ou have done this right at the bottom of this page, so maybe mention the item in the email. You can do this via a webhook and your inventory system. “Have been using Edwardes for decades, even going back to when they had a shop in East Dulwich. I'm not a professional electrician but I know Edwardes serves the trade as well as D-I-Y and hobby people. I've always found them helpful and they take a lot of trouble to explain things and make suggestions. Their stock is impressive. I admit I don't always check prices, but that's because I value good personal service and a good range of quality stock first. The Penge store (the one I use) has plenty of parking and is close to other large retail D-I-Y (etc) places, nearby and along the same road.”
