“I needed a small amount of a hard-to-find type of cable (4 core, 0.5mm); the staff at Edwardes were extremely helpful, contacting me by phone to confirm the specification, and eventually they were able to send me exactly what I needed. Even though my order was for less than £10, including shipping, I wasn't made to feel like I was wasting their time. Excellent customer service!”
