“Slightly tricky one this because we had a fault with the fixing of our new awning which took a very long while to identify and rectify. Also, we were subject to lengthy delays in the original installation. However, that said, the actual product is excellent, while the help, support and tolerance provided, especially by the customer support team, was exceptional, and the engineer who finally solved and fixed the problem went far beyond the call of duty . We undoubtedly were faced with a tricky and probably unique situation for which no blame could conceivably be attached to either product or personnel. The only criticism which prevents a 5 star rating are the long delays which were incurred. Overall, highly recommended”

“We are absolutely delighted with our glass room, it has enabled us spend so much time outside enjoying the garden. We have also noticed that it has kept our house warmer through the winter. Wish we had done it sooner.”

“We had an open verandah installed in 2020. We were initially happy with the price and product but it started to rust through in several places which we noticed last winter. I sent pictures to Eden Verandahs this April as we are still well within the guarantee period and they were initially helpful saying this that they would arrange an engineer visit. However we heard nothing and I e mailed again after three months. They responded that it was their busiest time, although I suppose it wasn't their busiest time threee months previously when I raised the matter, and they would come back to me 'as soon as we have a date'. I have tried telephoning but they will not commit to even making an initial visit saying they don't know when they will be in the area, which is Dorset, although they advertise nationwide. It is now over seven months with no action at all apart from a small tin of paint (I assume) arriving a couple of months ago. I think they are just hoping I'll lose heart and go away. An unsatisfactory product for the money and very poor service in breach of their waranty”

Unfortunately it appears that, due to human error, the original request for a site visit was not passed on to the correct team member on this occasion.
