“Technically very good. They always carry out a solid repair and they let you know when it's beyond fixing. There are a couple of points: 1) Turnaround time is usually around 7-12 days which I think could be improved, I'd like to see an average of 5-7 days. 2) Check their eBay listings for the current best prices, they'll charge more if you go direct via their website, so a reminder that they have a better price available may be required at payment time. Apart from that, I have no trouble recommending this company.”

“I was very happy with the service they were quick and efficient dispite the mechtronic unit was damage it the post they fits it no extra charge would definitely recommend these guys. My car is like new again???? Thanks guys and girls”

“I send my car part From Greece to the people at ECU ,they send it back better than new and within 5 days ! the customer service is awesome. I was very happy to do bussyness with these gyus. Also the cost of the repair was much less than what they charged here. Thank you ECU for fixing my car <3”

“I own an Audi A4 Cabriolet with the Multitronic gearbox on an 04 plate! Having drove the car to Ibiza for the summer, once there I experienced for the first time the dreaded PRNDS flashing lights. Having taken the car to the local garage, new gearbox was the cry! After reading through the Audi forums, It is the TCU which controls the gearbox! Not being a mechanic, I had no idea what this meant! However, ECU testing came up a lot, having taken the ECU off along with a mechanic friend, I sent the part for re-mapping! The whole experience took less than 2 weeks from posting it to the UK to receiving it back! The service was exceptional and I received phone calls to say it had been fixed and it was in the next post! Wowzers! to say, the part worked a treat and 'I'm now back in love with my Audi and back in England! Thank you very much! extremely happy customer! :-)”
