“I own an Audi A4 Cabriolet with the Multitronic gearbox on an 04 plate! Having drove the car to Ibiza for the summer, once there I experienced for the first time the dreaded PRNDS flashing lights. Having taken the car to the local garage, new gearbox was the cry! After reading through the Audi forums, It is the TCU which controls the gearbox! Not being a mechanic, I had no idea what this meant! However, ECU testing came up a lot, having taken the ECU off along with a mechanic friend, I sent the part for re-mapping! The whole experience took less than 2 weeks from posting it to the UK to receiving it back! The service was exceptional and I received phone calls to say it had been fixed and it was in the next post! Wowzers! to say, the part worked a treat and 'I'm now back in love with my Audi and back in England! Thank you very much! extremely happy customer! :-)”

“This was the best service EVER. From the moment I first contacted them till the ecu was delivered back to me it was nothing but Professional. I was told where and how to send the unit, informed that it had been received, that it was in line to be seen by an engineers, that the engineer was now looking at it and when it was repaired. Totally professional and great experience 5 star”

“very slow at fixing units, always take at least 5 working days. 50/50 at actually fixing things. Last unit was sent back as beyond repair after they had it for 9 working days”

“Can't fault the service. Posted it on Thursday 4pm and got it back the following Thursday 3pm. Even the on-line service was efficient and he knew what he was talking about - No flannel or fobbing off with non-committal answers. The only variation was the delivery service used to return the unit, Not Royal Mail or UPS as stated but DPD. Again NO complaints about that, it arrived on time and no damage. The only trouble was once I got it back, finding someone with a Volvo computer/analyses machine to cancel the old SRS messages, (on both ECU & DIM units).”

“Chose ECU Testing because of the feedback, so was really surprised how bad they were. If your unit is repaired and there are no issues, fine, but should you have a problem like we did, they will not communicate with you. The ECU had to be fitted by a Ford Dealer as it would need to be re-programmed. The dealers informed me that it was not working, so I suggested speaking to ECU Testing, you cannot get through to them, we waited 25 minutes, so sent them an email for them to phone the dealers, never even bothered, a few more emails, never answered, one reply from a guy called Craig, after that nothing. I had to buy a reworked unit from another company, they were great, wish I went to them first. My advise, try another company first.”

“Absolutely brilliant people to deal with, communication was faultless and I was kept up to date at every stage. The turnaround was very quick and my abs unit works perfectly now and the repair was at a fraction of the main dealer price. I would not hesitate to use ECU testing again as they really do offer a premier service at a very acceptable price.”

“My ECU unit was playing up so I went online to see who could fix it.I read the reviews on ecu testing so thought I would give them the job. I have to say they more than lived up to their reviews.They were so quick in repairing my unit and returning it to me ( within a week ) and in the 5 weeks it has been back in my car it has been faultless. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their ecu unit. One other thing to mention,I rang the company on a couple of occasions to ask a couple of questions and the response was immediate and polite so 10/10 for that.Thanks”

“Ecu testing provided a good service when I booked my faulty part in for them to repair. Overall I was very happy with the completed job but could have done with the repair turnaround being faster. All in all I saved alot of money and the part is functioning like it never had a problem. If I have such a problem again I will have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.
