“Hola despues de buscar mucho en españa nadie podia realizar la reparacion al final encontre esta empresa y insistiendo con la comprobocion y la recostruccion el problema se resuelve, funciona perfecto hasta el momento ,hubo algun mal entendido con el tema de pago pero al final se resuelve sin nigun problema todo fue muy rapido estoy bastante contento. Volvere ha contratar sus servicios posteriormente si tengo otra reparacion.”

“It was the first time we used this Company and the whole process went without a hitch. They emailed me once the unit arrived, rang to tell me it couldn't be fixed but they could source a new one and then rang again for payment when the delivery was being arranged. They are very trusting not wanting payment up front, but I did appreciate that. Would recommend them to anyone who asks.”

“ECUTesting have saved me over £1200 by fixing the Control Panel in my Gearbox rather than take it to a local Gearbox Specialist who quoted £1500 + VAT. The EUCTesting repair was £285 and the garage I use for all my repairs charged me a couple of hours labour and the cost of new gearbox oil. Now a month on there have been no issues and the gearbox is like new.”

“BMW 118 DSC/DTC lights illuminated Hi Steven Thank you for your help, ID: 1510326279853 Fault Info: 10.0206-0351.4 DSC/DTC lights illuminated Fault code 5E20 - Hydraulic Pressure Sensor Internal. 5E24 I have recieved the device by UPS the 22. nov. very fast, the mechanic has mounted it and everything is ok. The mechanic says that your repair is done very well. Duration of shipment and payment is of course a challenge from Denmark. My shipment should have been express so it was as fast as your return shipment. Payment took 2 days + weekend, if you supported Visa payment on your website, you could save 2 days. My mechanic will use your service in the future. Many thanks for fine service and a device that works. Regards Kjeld”

“After locating the fault on a VW DSG gearbox to the mechatronics unit, I contacted www.ecutesting.com and arranged to deliver the faulty unit to them at Heanor on Monday morning to save shipping time. Over the next few days I received regular updates from them as to the progress of the testing, and on Thursday morning I received a phone call explaining that they had found the fault which could be repaired, with the unit being couriered back to me for Friday morning. After authorising the repair, I again received further progress updates and the unit arrived back on Friday morning as promised, very securely packaged. This allowed me to refit the unit and test the car that weekend. After confirming the gearbox now worked perfectly, I returned the car to its owner. In conclusion www.ecutesting.com provided an excellent service which saved the car owner thousands of pounds from the quoted main dealer repair. The only criticism I have is that after the repair, I requested information as to the nature of the fault and despite agreeing on several occasions to provide me with the engineer's test report, I have never received this.”
