“Me devolvieron la unidad sin arreglar (creo que no era la que yo mande) y no quisieron hacerse cargo de nada. Atencion al cliente pesima, bueno directamente no hay se pasan la pelota de uno a otro. Todos los trastornos ocasionados (el montaje y desmontaje lo realice yo mismo en mi garage levantando el coche con gatos etc, un faenon) y cero responsabilidad. me devolvieron solo el coste de la "reparacion" porque pague por Pay pal y al final lo denuncie alli, entonce hicieron caso, solo entonces. Al final pieza nueva en Audi.”

Hi There I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our services, the CVT transmission unit which you sent in to us had failed for the fault you had described and this is a common fault we see on these units on a daily basis. Your unit is one of the most popular units we see in and we have a full functioning test for these system types, you informed us that your unit was installed and functioning perfectly fine after the repair and then after sometime you started to experience issues again, we offer a lifetime warranty on all repairs we carry out and would have been more than happy to retest the unit under our warranty terms and conditions.
