“You can't fault this company. The instructions on their website were very clear as to how to pack up and arrange for sending of unit. Delivery arranged through DHL and ECU have aprint off address label on their site. ECU kept me in touch with progress when it was with them and the repaired instrument cluster was delivered back to me a few days later. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone else.”

“There was no issue with the work done. The Fiat airbag ECU was returned fully functional and working with all faults sorted. I re-fitted it to the customers car and there were no faults requiring cleared afterwards. It all just worked and I re-assembled the dash and called the customer to collect. The cost was not unreasonable and the arranged postage all clear and straight forward (I chose to drop off the unit with the courier in order to speed up the process). I have given the service 4 out of 5 as the turnaround time was slower than advertised and the customer had to wait longer than expected to get her car back. However, I cannot fault the technical repair carried out. I will use the service again without hesitation and have confidence in their ability to effect a successful repair.”

Hi CA Autos, Thankyou for your positive review, apologies if your unit went slightly over the turnaround time, we do aim to ensure customers units are turned around within the estimated quoted turnaround time however this can sometimes be delayed if the unit had to go into our R&D department, we do aim to keep customers updated via text message and email should this happen. “Excellent quick and efficient service. Easy to arrange and get the job done BUT the price of the return postage is not acceptable and should have been included as the collection was. Also this rip off return postage ADD-ON at the end SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD OR POINTED OUT AT THE START !! NOT AT THE END WHEN YOU HAVE NO CHOICE AND YOU NEED THE ECU BACK !!! NOT GOOD PRACTICE.”

Our website clearly sets out costs for rebuilds, replacements and shipping and the customer portal is designed to also break down costs into their individual categories to give a clear view. Drop off and collection is always available for all of our customers, trade or otherwise. “Excellent job despite the wait from the Friday they fixed it and took payment to the Tuesday morning when DHL delivered it, one reason I picked this company was they were very local, but couldn't pick it up my self. Had no issues since it was fixed which you would expect, so thanks for a great job.”
