“Fabulous service right from placing the order to receiving my repaired unit with a lifetime warranty too. I was kept informed of progress by telephone or emails with repair updates, eta of return (same day repaired as received) plus tracking link and there was other useful information contained within the excellently packed unit upon it's return like possible fault codes you may get if your vehicle is one of those that registers codes if something is disconected inadvertently. Highly recommend ecu if you need a repair they do.”

“unbelievable service, sent and returned within the week, it took longer to sort the payment out from us than it did to send and repair the ABS unit. Excellent stuff will definatly use again when required.”

“Sent 2 units in one container. The container was bought for 30 Euros to ensure safe shipping. Received an email that the unit can be repaired, so i payed an was quite happy. Later on i receive an email saying that the other unit cannot be repaired. Why would i spend more money on a broken down car by repairing just 1 of 2 units and still have to wreck the car?? Asked you guys if i could cancel the repair order for the other unit, this was turned down. And finally you first send the repaired unit, but demand 50 Euros extra to ship the unrepaired unit in a separate shipping back to me! and none of the units was sent back in the 30Euro box i sent them in! Poooooor communication and planning from you guys.... Btw, i greased up the second unit that was "unrepairable". it works just fine and the car is now beeing used every day..........”

Hi Anders, Thank you for your feedback, the two units that you sent into us are 2 separate units on the vehicle, we had already carried out the rebuild service on the first unit and shipped the unit back to you prior to testing the second part you sent into us. The unit that tested irreparable would only be the unit that needed to be replaced as we had fixed the other one. Kind Regards Karen
