“Great work repairing the unit. Thanks to ECU Testing I saved almost 2000 €, as I didn't need to buy a new replacement unit from Honda. However, the total repair time, from the day I sent the unit for repair, until I got it back from ECU Testing, took a bit over three weeks. I understand there was the holidays in between, but they could have communicated in advance and also during the process that they close the shop completely during the holidays.”

“Not pleased with the turnaround time. Called in advance to find out what realistic turnaround time was. Was told it was 4 business days. It's been 7 business days and work on my unit has still not be finished.”
