“takes far to long, your lucky if the repairs done in 5 days. the last job we had done took over 10 days for a dash repair. our customer will not wait this long. very frustrating as the repairs are good. price's reasonable.”

“I was very pleased to find Ecutesting. We have a Fiat Punto, which at Fiat prices, replacing the power steering unit would have meant scrapping the vehicle. Ecutesting reconditioned the unit at a fraction of the cost and we still have a very good vehicle.”

“When the DSC unit on my Z4 failed, BMW's quote was simply untenable. Fortunately I found ECU online. Efficient and communicative, the unit was repaired and returned, complete with lifetime warranty, within the promised time frame. All the warning lights have been extinguished, ABS and stability functions are all active once more. But the biggest plus is that by using ECU, I saved approximately £1,800 on BMW's quote even though the local centre removed and replaced the unit! Brilliant.”

“Have used ecu testing for a few years now . Whilst I cannot fault their workmanship I have to say that i had had some issues ive been incredibly impressed by their response in putting things right. customer service is sadly lacking a lot these days but ecu testing have bent over backwards. I will use them as first chice in future”

“Quality of the repair was good but the turn around Time was disappointing,When making a appointment to carry out a repair on a abs pump I was told the turnaround time was 3 working days after they received the item. They received the item on a Wednesday and it didn't go into the workshop for another 8 days, in total customer was without a car for 2 weeks.i made several calls to ecu testing who said they were busy and apologised for the delay, they knew they were busy when I made the appointment but still quoted 3 working days turnaround , if they had been upfront with me then I wouldn't of had a very grumpy customer.”

“On the web site it says 3-5 working days,then you get a text 5-7 and its nearer 10,but it was repaired and worked well. Shame they have no trade price structure.”
