“Excellent communication, quick responses and helpful advice. I dropped it off late on a Monday with the courier and had it delivered back to my home on the Thursday. Well packaged and bolted it back on. No coding, no faults, worked like new. Would recommend and use again.”

“Mini Cooper brake warning and ABS light were permanently on, fault code(5DF5) indicated a problem with the ECU, Sent my ABS pump/ECU for repair, part came back within three days, communication was good and fault was fixed. Would highly recommend. Great service.”

“We had an internal speed sensor fault on an S Class Mercedes. ECU were clearly knowledgable when we initially called, processed the offending module promptly and kept us informed of its passage through ECU's workshop. The gearbox is now restored and working as intended. We will happily use ECU again. They were informed, efficient, pleasant and prompt.”

“Excellent work. My Meriva power steering had finally completely failed. I removed the unit took it to ECU, they fixed it in 2 days and returned it to me by courier. All in 5 days! Top Tip, use ebay to make an offer and get the free delivery. Happy Camper!”

“I had given them a cvt control unit for repair they said there was no fault when it was faulty charged me for diagnosis told there was faults in it and was faulty brought a new part fitted it and it was perfect can boys”

“My Punto was firing on only two cylinders and replacing the coil packs didn't fix it. After a quote of £500 from the local garage (more than the value of my car!) I booked the ECU in for repair from ECU Testing, half expecting them to be dodgy - a lot of the reviews seemed a bit too positive. Happy to say though they deserve them - they were absolute professionals, despite their (real talk) slightly janky looking website. Whipping the ECU out took 10 minutes following a YouTube video. The order price included shipping to and from their test centre so the price I paid them (~£140) was the total price I paid. They texted me updates as they received the item, assigned a test engineer, and performed the repair, then called me to arrange return. When I got the ECU back I was disappointed as the car made a horrible grinding noise and didn't start, however I had the good luck to think to try jump starting the car, and that fixed it - the battery had drained while the car was out of action. Once jumped it started great. The ECU recorded a whole load of errors which I cleared with an OBDII reader and which haven't reoccurred since. Overall, well impressed with ECU Testing. The ECU was back with me repaired a week after I sent it off and they kept me up to date as it was repaired. The ECU also has a warranty which gives me peace of mind. More impressed with them than I thought I would be!”

“I’ve been in the motor trade for 44 years and this has to be one of the best company’s I’ve dealt with I had contacted a few about my ABS unit and decided on this one sent it of and they done the rest very fast turnaround with life time guarantee very good value would highly recommend these guys”

“excellent service, kept me informed at every stage of repairs and this was during the xmas hols!, they could not find a fault with my unit but I went ahead with rebuild anyway as it was an intermittent fault, total time was around four working days, fitted unit back into my car, no further problems, would highly recommend this company”
