“Lead time on turn around was slower than the 2-3 days so van was off road for 9 days from taking abs pump off to installing back on van, as they do not work weekends. but was kept informed with texts”

“The courier company they use does not operate at the times provided on their order form. I picked a time after work so I didn't have to take time off, part of the reason I chose this company. But however false as they offer times that are not available with their chosen courier. When picked up I heard nothing from them confirming receipt or giving a rough time for work to begin. After near 2 weeks I rang them to be told that they had tested and found no problems or issues with my ABS module, but that they advised me to have a full refurb. The next day got a txt to say it was being delivered to me, only to recieve a call later that day to ask me for my address. I was then told again that it was out for delivery to me. When recieved it was packaged poorly I would not recommend this company to anyone, the communication is below poor, and they are clearly out to make money off people by advising people to do unnecessary work when there's no issue present.”

“The initial 'repair' was done in December 2022 job no:1671540997499. A fault identified by ECU was 'rectified'for some £600.00.The mechatronic was returned damaged! It was returned and 'rectified'. The unit failed same fault after little use. Unit was returned in August 2023 under the "lifetime guarantee". Failed yet again. ECU want me to pay for yet another removal and refit at a cost of some £250.00!! Refused a test by VW dealer! They have refused all reasonable requests and appear to think that it should be at my cost to continually remove and refit the unit they have not correctly repaired!! Sadly now Legal Action!”

“We had had a quote of £3250 to replace the ABS unit, by an independent Audi dealer. I searched online and found the ECU testing site. It appeared well organised and had good reviews. I wasn't disappointed. The local dealer removed the pump and I booked the unit in with ECU testing. The unit was returned and was back in the car 5 days later. Total cost £607 with labour. ECU testing ran like a well oiled machine. The whole process was simple, the hardest bit was finding a cardboard box to post it in. When you place an order, you print a label off and then drop off at the local dpd point. ECU t' keep you informed constantly and return the unit in a sealed bag, with tamperproof labels and plugs in all the ports. Spread the word ! Excellent company !!”

“I am old school I phoned ECU testing and told them what the problem was they said they could fix it I went online signed up and gave them the relevant information They collected the unit repaired the unit sent the unit back like clockwork”
