“I have used ECU testing to fix the failed instrument clusters in two Volvo V70s. Both times the service was excellent and the fix is with a lifetime guarantee. Excellent value and very suited to those of us living in France too.”

“The instrument panel in my 202 Audi TT was showing many problems causing it to be basically unusable. I sent it to ECU Testing with hopes that it could be repaired and placed back into service. I am pleased to say that I couldn't be happier with the service and repair which was done very expediently and conveniently. The panel is now back in service and working perfectly. I happily recommend them to anyone who is struggling with modules that no longer work. This has been a great experience.”

“I had never heard of ECU until I had a problem with my ABS pump and was advised by the garage to send to them. It was hassle free from start to finish with great communication from them throughout the process. Took the worry out of the whole situation. Thank you”

“Had a VW mechatronic repaired by ECU testing. The vehicle came back with the same issue. They offer a lifetime warranty which is a lie, as they returned the unit with a refund which has left my company with a very unhappy customer. So how does a lifetime warrantee work!!!”

“Got a Peugeot 207 1.6 hdi (09 plate) and had an error show up on my center console "anti-pollution system fault" and the car would not start. The car wouldn't crank the starter motor or anything when the you turn the key, it would just keep bringing up the same message on the center console display. I already have an obd2 code reader so attempted to look for fault codes but the reader couldn't connect to my ECU at all to even attempt to find any codes. The service from these guys was great and the process was simple and quick. Fill in a short form on the website detailing part numbers and the fault I was experiencing. Someone got back to me by email the next working day and arranged for me to send my ECU in to them for rebuilding. They sent a DHL label to print, so I packaged my ECU and send it to them. I got another message the day after DHL picked up my ECU to let me know that it had been received and was on a technicians queue waiting to be looked at. The next day I received another message to say they had performed testing and confirmed faults with the unit, and to confirm that I wanted to proceed with repairs. I had to wait around 2 days with them working on it, then another 2 days of shipping it back to me. Plugged it back in and the car started no problem and seemed to run smoother to boot. I have also connected my obd reader to the ECU which now works fine. All in all it took around a week from filling in the form online to getting back my rebuilt ECU which was impressive. The price realistically was good, it was a lot of money to me, but for most would probably not be too bad. It was still a lot lot cheaper than replacing the ECU so that's still a win in my book. I can't comment on customer service in terms of after sales support as I haven't needed any yet, but if I do I will update this with how that goes. Fingers crossed I don't ever need to update.”

“Excellent service and a repair with a lifetime warranty is brilliant. Why can't the original parts supplier make a product that is guaranteed for life? The only issue was the courier service, which is out of EDU's hands and it delayed me a few extra days but it's all good now.”
