“Absoloutely outstanding customer service. Dinner service set arrived well packed and undamaged. One plate had a manufacturing flaw which Dawson's eCookshop replaced swiftly once they'd received an image of the plate. The customer service member of staff was helpful, warm and professional and I cannot fault any stage of my purchasing experience.”
