“The locknlock boxes I ordered arrived promptly and well packaged. I was struggling to find sufficient quantities of the size of box that I needed for my spice cupboard. The boxes are ideal and fit the cupboard well, it was an extra bonus that they were competitively priced.”

“ECookshop (Dawsons) were so organised and quick to post things out in the run up to Christmas that by the time i phoned up early in the morning to have the delivery option that i mistakenly chose changed the parcel had already been processed by eCookshop. My refund for a few items was also processed in good time. However, i don't recall giving permission to pass my email address over to a review website, so i've deducted a star. An addtional note. This review format/website isn't great. Right now i'm stuck choosing only one option from 'Live Chat', or 'Email', and 'Telephone', in response to the question: 'How did you communicate with the company?' when i used more than one of those, and i'm stuck choosing only one option from, 'Under an hour', '2 - 3 Hours', '3 - 6 Hours', '6 - 12 Hours', and 'Over a week', in response to the question: 'How quick did the company reply to your queries?' when no one of those options covers all cases of communication and the option that does cover the most cases of communication, which would be '1 - 2 Hours', isn't available. Nor, now that i've selected one, can i choose to select none.”

“Thank you for the delivery. It was prompt and the goods arrived in one peice which are plus factors. The 4 coupe plates will go with the imperial blue items I already have and will complement my table settings. They are of a timeless design and should last. Thank you.”

“2 of the plates so bought were the wrong ones fur the set I have. I feel the photo of the day one plate was not clearly focused and therefore I’ve purchased the wrong ones. I would have sent them back but it seems I have to pay for the postage to return. Therefore it will cost me as much as the plates to return, so I’m stuck with them. Not really the kind of after-sales service so was expecting.”
