“The pans are a gift and look very nice. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in dpd the carrier. I sat in and waited for him and then received a message that he had been and gone! I certainly did not hear anyone at the door and neither did my two dogs who bark at everything! He took the parcel to the post office in the next village, I am elderly and disabled and the parcel contained a full set of pans which is obviously a very large box and I really really struggled to get it home. If he did in fact come to the house he made no real attempt to deliver the parcel I was literally sat there waiting for him.”

“I have yet to use my new electric whisk but I will say this: I got it for the best price having done my research and it arrived exactly as I was informed it would be. It was even ordered after 12 noon and still arrived the next day. DPD Delivery driver was spot on and left it in my safe place. No problem with the customer service - thank you.”
