“We would like to say, If our new Toaster & Kettle are as good as the ones we bought from your cookshop in Cardiff 8 years ago we will be more than happy (Just to say there is nothing wrong with our existing Toaster & Kettle)we just wanted a more modern one in Grey We have only just started using our new items, unable to give a review at this point but we are sure they will be excellent. Thank you.”

“This was my second purchase in quick succession with eCookshop, on both occasions it has been simple and efficient and prices have been competitive, underpinned by good communication and fast delivery. What has stood out for me though was the fact that with the first purchase I mistakenly (stupidly!) ordered two glass mixing bowls as extras for my Artisan mixer rather than one. I rang Dawsons Dept Store (eCookshop) and was dealt with brilliantly - ever so polite, friendly and helpful and a refund for the bowl I didn't mean to buy was processed as soon as my call had finished. This was quickly confirmed by email shortly afterwards. On the back of this I have since purchased the hand mixer based on how well I felt treated. The early view of the hand mixer is very positive in every respect.”
