“Service was very good, although the product, a Smeg hand mixer, unfortunately had signs of either use or just very poor quality finish on the chrome accessories. The Product was accepted as not being up to scratch Awaiting refund 7 days later.”

“Absolutely the best customer sevice - wonderfully prompt and helpful and restored one's faith in shopping, thanks to the swift answering of the telephone and efficient dealing with an issue that threatened a much-wanted Christmas present. I shall only buy any kitchenware I need from you from now on, as long as you continue to provide such excellent personal service.”

“I purchased a magimix toaster for a Christmas present and what can I say? My experience with this company was tremendous, like clockwork. Instant email confirmation, receipt of purchase, a few hours then despatched to delivery in a day and a half. Will definitely be purchasing products from this company again.”

“Had a voucher and had seen an air fryer/mini oven at a certain expensive London shop for £250. Found it on ecookshop for £89.99. Will use the voucher on something else. Placed order on ecooksjop. Oven arrived safe and promptly a few days later. Great service. Great price. Will use them again.”
