“Thank you E.Cookshop @ Dawsons Department Store for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer services I received during my website purchase. The parcel 📦 was dispatched fast, arrived quickly, very well packaged with a secure-tracked DPD delivery. The Le Creuset 26cm Heart ♥️ Shaped Skillet Cerise arrived in brand new condition ready to use. Thank you for making the purchase of my first Le Creuset pan so pleasant 😊 I will be back to purchase more items soon!”

“Your courier DPD did not deliver but lied that I was not at home when he came. Poor service from both ends as ecookshop was very unhelpful when I complained”

“I’ve had my Grecian set of cutlery for over 20 years but obviously some items get used a lot more than others. So I have replaced the dull items with new. Good to go for a long time now.”
