“Came across eCookshop.co.uk following a Google search for a KitchenAid mixer. It was at a fantastic price, and the 2 free gifts were a bonus, the cocktail glasses are so beautiful I will buy more!! My order was processed and dispatched really quickly, and if I hadn't chosen to delay my delivery, it would have been with me in 3 days. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for future purchases.”

“Great customer service. Item was even cheaper than the sale price on le cresuet website. I had a query regarding delivery and packaging; upon calling, they answered quickly, reassured and answered my query efficiently. I then proceeded to order the item, which was delivered promptly and packed well. Item was great, very pleased! Would recommend.”

“ordered a kitchen aid mixer which when it arrived we put the whisk on but where unable to remove it we were sent a list of instructions but still could not remove it sent mixer back and was sent a replacement next day. Saturday morning very good response, would use again when we need accessories etc or next big purchase”
