Hello, I am sorry your item did not arrived in time for Christmas. It was despatched on the day it was ordered and went out for delivery the following day - it looks like the driver was unable to deliver for some reason. “I would love to write a review of our order but despite paying for express delivery guaranteed to arrive before Christmas our order has not been delivered and it's now Boxing Day. Perhaps eCookshop should look at the reviews of their chosen delivery company, DPD, and use a firm who can 'deliver the goods'.”

“Delivery was efficient and items well wrapped. However, dimensions of some items were inaccurate and images of others were misleading (showing plates as plain when they were in fact patterned). I wouldn’t mind if they had swapped them for me but I have been told I will have to pay for them to be returned so a bit annoyed about that to be honest and wouldn’t order from here again for that reason.”
