“Excellent communication re delivery which was very speedy. Goods well packed. but too much reliance on bubble wrap in these times when use of plastic is discouraged. There are other packaging materials.”

“I have received the Kitchenaid artisan mixer and it has a small scratch, not down to the metal. I am communicating with the suppliers but it’s difficult to send a photo of something that’s basically like a mirror..”

“I had reason ( a belated birthday present!) to order a kitchen knife set at very short notice. I was able to speak to a very helpful member of your team, even though this meant her having to drop out of your telesales for a few minutes. She couldn't have been more helpful, and I would certainly use your postal sales team for any future orders I might have”
