“Cake tin was exactly what I was looking for at what I considered a fair price. Only fly in the ointment was a delivery problem. I notified courier that I was unavailable at the stated time and gave new instructions as soon as I received their email. These were not acted upon and I had to go and pick up the goods elsewhere. Minor problem but it did make the experience less than perfect.”

“The Denby Linen crockery I ordered was to replace breakages from my existing set. I have to say that I've never seen any delivery so well packaged. I would have no hesitation in ordering any crockery or glassware from this company again. The last thing you want is to have a delivery where the contents arrive broken which has happened to me in the past with other companies.”

“Our coffee machine arrived and sadly only worked once. Ecookshop sent a replacement straight away. I can’t fault their service. Just a blip with the delivery company who said they couldn’t return the faulty machine. But that has since been resolved.”
