“Excellent service. First I sent a query about an item to clarify something before ordering, in an evening, then had a reply before 8am the next day. So I placed the order as the price was better than I could find anywhere else and exactly what I had been looking for too. The website says orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day for 48 hour delivery. I ordered on a Friday just before midday and the item was delivered just after lunch on the Saturday, about 25 hours!”
