“I discovered my favourite Villeroy and Bosch glasses were discontinued so looked around for a replacement. Found some different Villeroy and Bosch on ECookshop, cheaper than Villeroy's own site, and ordered them. No charge for postage and they arrived beautifully packaged a few days later. Very impressive service.”

“First time for me with cookshop Won’t be the last Excellent service Very competitive prices and their packing and delivery was first class Bought 3 LeCruset pans which are not cheap so you don’t want them being damaged in transit Well done to all at the cook shop”

“I have had 2 orders with Dawsons. The first was perfect and I reordered. The second order RW1505250 had problems 3 of the knives had a discolouration which looked like rust on the blades. Cleaning them managed to remove some of it but not all”

“Ordered a mug from Dawsons (a partner website). It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Sadly there was a manufacturing fault with the item but the company very quickly sent out a replacement. All good second time around. Very happy with Dawsons' customer service.”
