“Brilliant customer service I received my kettle and it was broken I think due to mishandling during the delivery I reported this and had a replacement within a week no quibble straight forward exchange”

“I have ordered a number of times from eCookshop, each time the parcels have been sent out quickly and the contents are very well protected with lots of bubble wrap. They also have good discounts on goods which is welcome.”

“2 of the plates so bought were the wrong ones fur the set I have. I feel the photo of the day one plate was not clearly focused and therefore I’ve purchased the wrong ones. I would have sent them back but it seems I have to pay for the postage to return. Therefore it will cost me as much as the plates to return, so I’m stuck with them. Not really the kind of after-sales service so was expecting.”
