“We normally buy everything we need via Amazon, but thought we'd check other retailers beforehand to see if it was available cheaper elsewhere and to my surprise eCookshop were £15 cheaper than Amazon, in fact they were the cheapest that I could see on the web. Not only that, they were offering a pair of Dartington Martini Glasses free too! I checked to see the cost of the carriage as I've been caught out like that before where the carriage costs were inflated, but there were no extra charge for carriage. Despite me sending the order an hour past the cut off point for next day delivery, I was surprised to see notifications from the carrier that in fact it would be delivered the following day. Great service from eCookshop, well done. 👏 Note to self; in future check eCookshop before placing order with Amazon.”

“I have ordered a few things for the wife and I always come back to eCookshop. I always compare like for like and they are pretty hard to beat. Always seem to get the Kitchenaid stuff from here. Good prices, good offers and good service. Highly recommended and the Kitchenaid accessories are excellent as well.”

“Ordered a Candy Apple Kitchen aid Coffee Grinder to match my other Kitchen aid devices. Received a black one which was obvious in its marking on the box so why send it to me? Then DPD sent to pick it up which they did last Thursday and heard nothing since? Not happy!”
