“My daughter in Law fell in love with the Le Crussett heart shaped Casserole in baby pink so I purchased it for her for Xmas from you, your price was amazing and saved me ;early £60 plus free postage. It's very cute and arrived with care.”

“No customer service, rubbish. I purchased a Sage Bambino Espresso Coffee Machine from eCookshop, the water jug had a crack in it. I sent photos and asked eCookshop to arrange for a replacement jug. Instead of sorting out they just told me to contact Sage to claim a replacement under warranty as they did not have any stock. Funny, there website shows they have stock. Furthermore, my purchase was with eCookshop, they should contact Sage not me. Lazy, lazy customer service, not lawful as my contract is with eCookshop. I have now gone back to eCookshop and told them they need to get me a replacement.”
