“Excellent quick delivery In preparation for Xmas I needed to extend my Sophie Conran dinner service. ECookshop provided the 2 extra place settings at a good price and delivered quickly. Any time I buy from this company their service is 5 star”

“Order processed and dispatched extremely quickly . Service let down by DOD delivery . Advised early the day after order placed delivery wound be THAT day - excellent service I thought BUT had already an appointment at time specified . Took trouble To contact a neighbour . Write a note and signed it saying either leaving at the rear of the property OR neighbours . Returned and was told it wound be delivered to a PO about four miles. If I don't drive how do I get this ? Tim's shop I purchased from about incinvienece but NOT heard from them !”
